This role can be based anywhere in the state, with a preference for candidates who live within 30 miles of a First Service Bank branch. This allows you to stay connected to our community-driven culture while enjoying statewide flexibility. What You Will Do: Gather and verify all documentation like a pro Ensure each loan meets guidelines for Fannie Mae and other secondary market programs Coordinate with underwriting to clear conditions Work closely with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties to keep everyone informed and on track Keep deadlines in check — lock expirations and closing dates don’t scare you Help create a smooth, positive, and efficient mortgage experience for every customer What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of mortgage loans One year or more of experience in administrative support activities Great math skills Proficient computer skills, (including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient communicator Detail-oriented Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, & meet deadlines simultaneously Sound judgment and ability to solve problems Preferred but Not Required: Encompass Loan Origination experience Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and RD loans Why Join Us?This position comes with a first-class, comprehensive benefits package, including: Employee medical, dental, vision, life insurance, cancer insurance, and long-term disability insurancefor less than $75.00 per month!
