Job Description Loan Processor – Secondary Market Full-Time | On-Site We are a locally owned community bank seeking an experienced Loan Processor with 3+ years in mortgage processing , including secondary market delivery . This role manages loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to investors. Responsibilities Process and verify mortgage loan files for completeness and compliance Review income, assets, credit, title, and insurance documentation Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, closers, and investors Prepare files for secondary market purchase and resolve investor conditions Maintain pipeline and meet processing and closing timelines Ensure adherence to TRID, ECOA, HMDA, and internal policies Qualifications 3+ years mortgage loan processing experience (required) Secondary market / investor delivery experience (required) Strong knowledge of agency & investor guidelines (Fannie, Freddie, FHA/VA/USDA) Experience with LOS platforms (Byte, LaserPro, Encompass or similar) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files Why Join Us?
