Position Overview:The Loan Processor will work in support of and in conjunction with the Sales and Underwriting staff, acting as a liaison to ensure accurate and compliant documents are processed from loan submission through the funding process.Job Description:Responsible for processing loans from set-up to closing by verifying, assembling, and entering borrower information into the system.Verify income and assets documentation are complete and compliant to established guidelinesNotate files to keep all necessary parties informed of loans current statusRequest Third party steps as requiredOrder any necessary documentation as neededVerify income docs, recalculate income to confirm figures are correctReview appraisal against title for accuracy of property descriptionReview title. Work with the title officer to clear judgments/liensVerify real estate taxes are paid to date.
