Job Description Provide direct supervision to Mortgage Loan Processors providing direction, support, and training. Ensures a timely processing of loans. Ensures accurate processing of loans for purchase by secondary market. Conducts department in accordance with relevant regulations. Assists in the development and achievement of Mortgage Loan Processors goals. Conducts Mortgage Loan Processors performance reviews . Provide exceptional service to our internal customers. Requirements DO NOT APPLY unless you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry with 3 of those years being in a supervisory role. Deep experience with government loans and vast knowledge of FHA and VA underwriting guidelines . Appraisal review experience. Able to maintain extensive personal contact with internal customers.
