We're currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Motorcycle Salesperson to help us continue to deliver outstanding service and sales experiences to our customers.
Job Description:
As a Motorcycle Salesperson at Brothers Powersports, you will be the face of our sales department, assisting customers in finding the motorcycle that best suits their needs while providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers through the sales process with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including features, specifications, and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new models.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrations.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure customers receive competitive financing options.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Passionate about motorcycles and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work Saturday.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and customer management.
- A valid motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
- Able to work as a Team Player.
