JOB TITLE: MP&P Technical Analyst 5 - NDE/Measurement

PAY RATE: $78/hour

Summary:

• Author Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures

• Incorporate revisions authored by Responsible Level III personnel in the standard procedure review process

• Develop Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings of specialized calibration standards

• Set up non-destructive test or measurement equipment to calibration standards

• Create procedure figures detailing inspection location, geometry, accessibility, probe/transducer placement, and notch signal response

• Report potential adverse trends or anomalous results

• Support development and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes

• Assist with routine testing, audits, corrective actions, and preventive actions

• Apply Environmental Health & Safety, LEAN, and Quality principles

Requirements:

• Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate degree) with 9+ years of related experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, OR 11+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

• 1+ years of education or experience in NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends

• Ability to travel up to 15%

• Ability to work in confined spaces

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
