Mro Buyer And Inventory Control SpecialistArcadia Beverage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MRO Buyer and Inventory Control Specialist to support our continued growth, new mixing initiatives, and onboarding of exciting new customer partnerships in 2026. This role is critical to ensure our equipment and maintenance systems are running efficiently and reliably as we expand our production capabilities. The MRO Buyer and Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for all MRO purchasing, supporting capital project planning and execution, and working cross-functionally to drive uptime, safety, and quality in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. Arcadia Beverage has over 80 years of beverage co-packing experience and we are a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors.Our core values:Care DeeplyRespect & Support the Whole PersonGrow & Learn EverydayCelebrate & Have FunDo What We Say We're Going to DoWhat you'll do:Purchase materials for maintenance and engineeringObtain quotes, write purchase orders and get the appropriate approval to purchase necessary parts, tools, and materials to support maintenance activities and ensure equipment uptime and reliabilityReview purchase orders and reconcile CMMS purchase orders with the ERP systemApprove invoices for payment within the ERP systemConfirm procurement status on all items and update the status in the CMMSResolve any issues with purchase orders in a timely manner communicating issues with accounting and maintenance leadershipProcure parts from vendors with the best price and availability to improve overall financial performance.Establish minimum/maximums for reorder points of all inventory parts, especially common and frequently used parts essential to maintain equipment and long lead time parts to obtain 0% parts outage.Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service suppliers to optimize cost and service.Maintain a running report of expenditures to compare with the budget each periodReconcile all invoices against POs and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner not to exceed 5 business days.Receive parts and place into inventory or WIP area for WO completionShip any parts/assemblies out for repair, or return defective or incorrect itemsConduct random cycle counts of inventory weekly.
