Job Title: MS Dynamics Developer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize MS Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom entities in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and third-party applications.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform system analysis, design, and development to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Dynamics CRM applications and processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.
• Stay current with MS Dynamics updates and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience as an MS Dynamics Developer with a strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) and its modules.
• Experience in MS Dynamics CRM development tools, including C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics SDK.
• Experience with customizing forms, views, dashboards, and reports in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics integration technologies, including Web API and RESTful services.
• Experience in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
