Must possess an MSHA-WV Electrical License Project : Mining project & various other projects Work Location: Grantsville, Maryland Rate : Not Defined / need Candidate’s requested rate Mob / Demob : $500.00 each ($1,000 total) Hours : Full Time / 40+ Duration : Long Term In this role, you’ll bring your electrical expertise to a variety of mining and industrial projects, ensuring that all work complies with MSHA safety standards. Your responsibilities will involve providing hands‑on electrical service and support, offering valuable feedback, and applying your specialized knowledge to mining operations. This is a skilled position that requires previous MSHA electrical experience, along with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and construction. You'll be working on exciting projects across mining properties and other industrial facilities, including power plants, manufacturing sites, and renewable energy sectors like solar and wind. Your ability to maintain a safe, efficient, and high‑quality work environment will be essential. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment where safety and customer focus are top priorities. This role requires flexibility, with the potential for extensive travel, out‑of‑town work, and a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts. What You’ll Do: Perform electrical installations and troubleshooting Provide general labor and skilled labor to industrial trades and to various construction and industrial projects Provide detailed paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping, billing, and inventory Demonstrate knowledge of the installation of concrete pours and finishes, building and preparing forms, rebar, masonry, block laying, pipefitting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, rigging, excavation, ditching, trenching and general labor as required Provide troubleshooting to follow a problem to a source and solve the issue Education / Experience Requirements: A minimum of (5) years of electrical experience is preferred Must possess an MSHA-WV Electrical License Comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Services is preferred Comprehensive knowledge of the NEC (National Electric Code) and MSHA rules and regulations Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately Physical Requirements: Sit, talk, hear, read, and write Walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms Kneel, stoop, bend, squat, and climb a ladder Lift and/or move up to 75 pounds Work at heights Work in confined spaces Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather Perform duties on-site and underground at industrial locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
