Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support complex IT infrastructures for clients.
• Manage cloud service implementations and troubleshoot issues related to cloud environments.
• Ensure all systems are secure and meet compliance requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance for advanced IT issues to clients.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to optimize system performance.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Extensive experience with server administration (Windows and Linux).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
