System Administrator – IPRO MSP Team
IPRO, a leading Managed Services Provider and VoIP Cloud Hosting company, is seeking a System Administrator to support and administer Windows desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, VMware, VDI, and network infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
- Support & administer Windows OS (desktop & server), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365
- Manage VMware and VDI environments
- Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (mostly Fortinet and HPE)
- Deploy servers, desktops, and assist with migrations and upgrades
- Act as an escalation point and mentor junior techs
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Skills & Experience
- Windows desktop & server OS expertise
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory, DNS/DHCP configuration
- VMware and VDI experience
- Networking fundamentals (Fortinet preferred)
- PowerShell scripting proficiency
