Northern Montana Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmacist to join our team. This full-time role involves providing high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, and other stakeholders. The pharmacist will also participate in patient care planning, treatment, and assessments, while supporting patients, their families, and the medical team. Accurate documentation and participation in a rotating on-call schedule are essential responsibilities.

• Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and related services.
• Collaborate with medical staff to assess, plan, and implement patient treatment plans.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and care teams.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of services provided.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as required.

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy (minimum BS Degree required).
• Current Montana State Board of Pharmacy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree (PharmD), health-system pharmacy experience, and/or residency training.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
