Our client is seeking a highly skilled Integration Support Specialist with strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to join their dynamic team. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence by troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring seamless software integration. Integration Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets, collaborating with stakeholders to address integration issues, particularly within MuleSoft.
- Analyze and interpret data logs, identify errors, and provide quick resolutions with a strong focus on MuleSoft technical troubleshooting.
- Serve as the middleware expert, diagnosing and resolving integration issues across multiple applications.
- Prioritize and balance multiple support tasks while maintaining focus on one integration challenge at a time.
- Ensure strong proficiency in RAML concepts, Mule connectors, and DataWeave transformations to optimize integration processes.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct data matching, cloud system reviews, and integration monitoring to ensure operational stability.
- Occasionally adjust to evening work hours to coordinate with offshore team members.
Integration Support Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (versions 4.3 or 4.4), including key components, connectors, and transformations.
- Proven expertise in RAML concepts, Mule connector knowledge, and DataWeave transformations.
- Advanced debugging skills for troubleshooting MuleSoft login issues, configurations, and integration failures.
- Ability to read, analyze, and diagnose logs to quickly address technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing high-priority tickets in a fast-paced, technical support environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive troubleshooting approach.
- Ability to work independently while adjusting to changing priorities.
Preferred:
- AWS Cloud knowledge to complement MuleSoft integrations.
- Python experience (though not required).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for better workflow management.
- Experience in resolving MuleSoft API integration issues, reviewing logs, and managing configurations.
