Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary + 10% performance bonus

About the Role:

Applied Value Technologies is looking for a MuleSoft Integration Engineer to join our Fulfillment team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting mission-critical applications for our internal customers, ensuring exceptional technical support, customer service, and timely issue resolution. As part of our Application Support organization, you'll need a versatile skill set to manage a broad range of applications within our client's Commerce Engineering products. Responsibilities: 

  • Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to set the technical direction and create software that optimizes for business metrics
  • Communicate technology and product strategy effectively to both internal and external stakeholders and leadership
  • Build industry leading enterprise systems that are highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure
  • Produce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance and alignment with standards and best practices
  • Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of MuleSoft development
  • Error Handling, API design for Use Cases, Data Weave, Aggregation, MapObject, Plunk Function
  • Knowledgeable in the following areas: Security, Policies, API-LED Architecture, Integration Patterns, API Life Cycle, Salesforce Connector (operations, limits, etc), Encryption/Decryption, etc.
  • 5+ years of professional experience working with code bases building micro services, REST APIs, Graph QL required
  • MySQL experience
  • Professional fluency in English required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       3+ years of experience modelling data flows between systems to enable transactional workflows and upstream/downstream integrations
