MULTI-SITE COORDINATOR - (grant-funded) TWO positions available , see locations below LOCATIONS INCLUDE : Clare Public Schools Gladwin Community Schools Reports to SPARKS Director Work Days Full-time, 7.5 hours per day; 80-90 days from the date of hire through September 30, 2026. Upon potential contract renewal, the position will follow a 198-day schedule per year. Starting Date As soon as possible, with pre-service orientation prior to start. Qualifications Michigan teaching certificate OR experience coordinating youth programs as defined by Michigan Out-of-School Time (MOST) Standards of Quality. Demonstrate ability to lead and supervise a team. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Provide program leadership, administrative management, and maintain grant and child care licensing compliance. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate with students and families, as well as school day and community partners. Ability to manage program logistics, safety protocols, and student behavior. Familiar with youth development practices. As a condition of employment employee must pass a criminal background check. Job Objective The Site Coordinator will coordinate and lead a high‑quality, compliant afterschool program site by providing administrative leadership, staff supervision, and strategic planning aligned with grant goals and district standards. The Site Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication between students, families, schools, community partners, and staff to ensure a safe, enriching, engaging and inclusive environment that supports student academic growth, social development, and a positive program culture. This role supports all aspect of program management, including data, continuous improvement, family engagement, and adherence to licensing and grant requirements.
