Your Mission:
Contribute to our dynamic communications and marketing team, shaping Hydrostor's brand across platforms. Leverage your creative skills to develop impactful multimedia materials for digital and print. Dive into the opportunity to bring our branding to life, creating and maintaining digital assets like brochures and presentations. Collaborate in strategy meetings and craft engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Your creative flair is key in shaping our visual narrative and ensuring our graphics convey the right message. Exciting role in capturing Hydrostor's brand essence!
Your Day-to-Day Adventures:
- Develop and maintain company-branded digital and hard assets, including brochures, collateral, presentations, promotional materials, infographics, video content, animations, and social media and website elements as needed.
- Work closely with internal subject experts and creative agencies to create compelling internal and external presentation materials for business development, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends through workshops, courses, and relevant readings.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of materials, from inception to publication, utilizing internal technology software and hardware.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 5 years of proven graphic design experience and a robust portfolio showcasing outstanding illustrations, video and graphics. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to transform technical concepts into visually appealing designs. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate methodically with teams across different geographies. A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, and experience in the energy and power industry is considered a valuable asset.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, DALL-E, etc.).
- Keen eye for aesthetics and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with social media platforms and tactics, along with basic analytics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organization skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines within various geographies.
- Experience in the energy and power industry would be an asset.
Compensation Details:
- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
