Strong knowledge of Iowa Fine Arts and Common Core standards in music education. Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead student performances and liturgical music for Mass. Proficient in using instructional technology to enhance and differentiate learning. Effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, parents, and clergy. Experience adapting lessons to meet diverse student needs and learning styles. Commitment to supporting and modeling Christian values in a Catholic school environment. Skilled in choral and instrumental direction, including rehearsal leadership.
