About the Role
ECMS is hiring a National Account Manager to own and grow one of its most important national relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Own a national account relationship across multiple stakeholders (site, regional, corporate)
- Build trust through consistent communication and high-touch engagement
- Participate in site visits and multi-location walkthroughs
Operational Leadership
- Coordinate across PMs, coordinators, and field teams to ensure seamless execution
- Create clarity around priorities, timelines, and commitments
- Help build scalable systems as the account grows
Estimating & Proposal Oversight
- Support and review estimates and proposals
- Ensure accuracy, speed, and alignment with customer expectations
- Drive professionalism in all deliverables
Performance & Growth
- Track KPIs (volume, responsiveness, execution quality, customer satisfaction)
- Support growth of the account as capacity expands
