Milsped US, a global logistics provider, is seeking an experienced and result-driven National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expending relationships with our key accounts, bringing on new customers, an leading strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisitions & Onboarding: Utilize your existing book of business to attract and onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term satisfaction.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key accounts, proactively offering solutions tailored to their shipping needs.
- Sales Strategy: Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies that align with Milsped's growth objectives.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate daily shipment requests through phone and email, addressing issues proactively and maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Market & Technology: Stay informed on market trends and effectively use Milsped's technology and tools, including TMS and Salesforce, to optimize logistics solutions.

Qualifications:
- Must have an existing book of business with strong, established relationships in the industry.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, TMS, and other relevant tools; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven.
