Seeking an energetic full time National Accounts Service Admin to join our growing team.
Salary Range: $49,000 - $56,000 Annual Salary DOE

Who we are looking for:
A key supporter to the service operations, coordinator of national accounts and OEM service claim activity providing a positive experience for both internal teams and national account customers.
Some responsibilities include:
- Process national account invoices, review and research work orders
- Follow up with OEM for approvals and release for payment
- Work with service depts to research and make adjustments to work orders
- Work with AP to resolve payment issues
- Track claims status and close out work orders
- Coordinate with service dept on repairs and PM services, assist the Aftermarket team on procedures, work with Service Writers to process quotes of PM services and breakdown calls
- Answer phone calls, emails, OEM Portal service requests, open work orders for service work, assist dispatchers with scheduling road work and trucking when needed
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively, multi-task in a fast paced environment, develop an maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures, format and input information, calculate numbers and create spreadsheets, send/receive emails, post information to database or spreadsheet, excellent attention to detail.
Qualification Standards:
High school diploma or equivalent and proficiency and experience with data entry and use of word-processing and spreadsheet software is required.
1-3 years of service dept experience is preferred
Customer service experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office is also preferred
Prerequisites:
Profile Assessment and illegal drug substance testing.
