We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Woodstock, GA. Position Summary: The National Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of national marketing initiatives that support division growth, community launches, and an exceptional customer experience across all consumer touchpoints. This position plays a key role in supporting division growth through campaign execution, digital marketing initiatives, community launch planning, marketing technology projects, and startup toolkits, ensuring division teams are equipped for consistent and efficient execution. The role also manages centralized marketing resources, templates, and SharePoint assets to support alignment, accessibility, and operational efficiency across markets. Working closely with the Director of Marketing , Sr. Communications Manager , IT , Sales , and Division Marketing teams , this role translates national marketing strategy into local execution while ensuring consistent brand and customer experience across all markets. Essential Functions Collaborate with creative agency to develop campaign messaging and marketing assets that support execution across digital, social, and division marketing efforts. Coordinate the rollout of national marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent messaging across the website, social media, email marketing, and point-of-sale materials. Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate timelines to ensure organized, on-time execution. Coordinate community launches through positioning, "Coming Soon" messaging, launch planning, and marketing frameworks for division execution. Analyze campaign and marketing performance insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements that strengthen future marketing initiatives, messaging, and customer engagement. Partner with IT, Analytics, Sales, and third-party vendors to implement and continuously improve HubSpot marketing initiatives, website enhancements, lead generation tools, email marketing programs, and other marketing technology projects. Develop, execute, and optimize national and division email marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys, and lead nurture workflows within HubSpot, using performance insights and analytics to continuously improve engagement, customer communication, and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to the development of interactive tools and digital experiences that enhance product positioning and the overall consumer experience. Create and maintain marketing toolkits supporting promotions, division community launches, events, model openings, and seasonal marketing initiatives. Maintain marketing resources, templates, and SharePoint content to ensure division teams have access to current marketing materials and tools. Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field. Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of progressively responsible marketing experience within the homebuilding industry, supporting community marketing, campaign execution, and division marketing initiatives. Experience coordinating community launches, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and partnering with sales and division teams in a production homebuilding environment is required. Corporate marketing experience is a plus. Computer Skills Experience with website CMS platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), email marketing platforms, Google Analytics (GA4), and digital marketing technologies. Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Mental/Reasoning Requirements Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to evaluate marketing performance, customer insights, and campaign analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions that support business objectives. Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Division teams. Comfortable leading meetings, presenting marketing initiatives, and facilitating training with cross-functional teams and leadership. Willingness to travel periodically to division offices, community launches, company meetings, and special events as needed. This position is based at the Smith Douglas Homes Support Center in Woodstock, Georgia, and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships across departments and division teams. Ability to influence and guide marketing execution across multiple divisions. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting division success and enhancing the consumer experience. Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
