💼 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to grow accounts AND hunt for new business.

This role is a strong mix of:

• 🔹 75% Account Management (build, retain, expand)
• 🔹 25% New Business Development (identify, pursue, close)

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow an existing book of business
• Develop new accounts across a national territory
• Build long-term client relationships
• Sell custom print solutions (labels, signage, wraps, and more)
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality results
• Own your pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of sales experience (printing is a plus, not required)
• Proven ability to close deals + grow accounts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter mindset—you know how to own your day
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, small business environment

💰 Compensation Breakdown

• Base: $45K
• Commission:
• 1.5% on existing accounts
• 4% on new business
• 🚗 Monthly car allowance
• Bonus opportunities based on performance
