Assignment Start Date: 1/23/2025
13 weeks | Varied | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience:
- New Grad is okay.
- SNF experience is required
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- An active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory is required
Shift: Mon-Fri, Days
Vaccinations: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
