The Technical Assistance Specialist role will conduct training and outreach, provide one-on-one support, and serve as a liaison between participants, their technical vendors, and NC HIEA's technical partners, including SAS and J2 Interactive. This role supports statewide outreach and education efforts to help health care providers understand, access, and effectively use NC HealthConnex, North Carolina's Health Information Exchange (HIE).
