NCDIT-Transportation Web Systems seeks a highly skilled Front-End Developer and User Interface Designer, skilled in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Power Platform, to work on our mission-critical NCDOT/NCDMV projects as well as ongoing development efforts.
**The candidate must come onsite on the first day to collect equipment.** **All candidates must be currently local to the Triangle region of North Carolina, and posting may require up to 1-2 days per month in a Triangle area office for meetings.** NCDIT-Transportation Web Systems is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer and User Interface Designer, skilled in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Power Platform, to work on our mission-critical NCDOT and NCDMV projects as well as ongoing development efforts for NCDOT.gov. This position is critical for the Web Systems team to deliver on its mandate of building and maintaining interactive solutions for NCDOT customers. Must have experience building modern web applications with NPM, JavaScript, CSS, and especially Vue.js. Should also be proficient in building great user experiences in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power Apps. Should have ability to work directly with business customers to gather requirements, facilitate testing, and triage/support user and system issues.
