**The candidate will need to come onsite on the first day to collect equipment.**

**All candidates must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina, and posting may require up to 1-2 days per week in a Triangle area office for meetings.**

NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking an Expert Level Technical Specialist/Agile product owner who leads Business owners in the translation of customer requests into technical requirements and user stories, coordinates software, release schedules with the Business and Technical Teams, develop business requirements, help facilitate change management documentation, and provides testing, training support, and mentoring. This position understands applications and their dependencies on each other. This position is critical for the Web Systems Team to deliver on its mandate of providing effective and efficient online services to our North Carolina DMV customers and to decrease office traffic.
