Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Trainer/Content Developer to support the implementation of Child Welfare training modules. The ideal candidate will analyze software functionality and create effective learning materials for diverse adult learners, delivering engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.

• Curriculum design and development for adult learners
• Proficient in LMS technologies and computer-based training design
• Experience with Adobe FrameMaker and other multimedia training applications
• Strong background in social services programs and training quality assurance
• Ability to conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback on training materials
