Solara Neonatal, part of Women’s Health Arizona, is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) and/or Neonatal Physician Assistants (NPA) to join our growing, collaborative care team.
In this role, you will:
Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making
Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation
Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff
Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues
