Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support for .NET in-house custom applications, utilizing Visual Studio (VS2010, VS2013, VS2017, VS2019, and VS2022).
- Execute building and running applications from source control repositories, analyze technical documentation, and pinpoint root causes of issues for backlog Sprint list inclusion.
- Collaborate on bug fixes for release, escalating significant issues to the team lead/supervisor, while documenting findings and root causes for discussions with assigned developers.
- Contribute to Proof of Concept (POC) research under the guidance of a Software Architect and Database Architect.
- Utilize SQL statements in SQL Server and Oracle to analyze reported application issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in development, software support, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in the .NET framework and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of Oracle and SQL Server databases, with the ability to perform queries.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, fostering collaborative work with clients and team members.
- Proven experience in writing knowledge base articles to support custom applications.
- Developed applications using .NET technologies such as Kendo UI Telerik, Web API, REST API, JSON, SQL DB, Oracle database, XML, and HTML5.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ITSM system is preferred.
