Job Title : .NET Application Lead (Child Welfare SACWIS/CCWIS, WPF, ASP.NET MVC, WCF/WebAPI, Oracle PL/SQL)

Location: Albany ,NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting child welfare applications in compliance with SACWIS or CCWIS federal regulations.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using C#, VB.NET, and .NET Framework 4.0 or higher.
• Experience building applications with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and ASP.NET.
• Experience developing and consuming services using WCF and Web API.
• Strong understanding and practical application of MVC, MVVM, or similar architectural design patterns.
• Experience using ODP.NET, SQL, and PL/SQL, including writing stored procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle 10g or higher environments.
• Experience performing regression testing and integration testing to ensure application stability and quality.
• Experience writing unit tests using Rhino Mocks for effective test coverage and mocking dependencies.
