Job Title: .Net Architect
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a lead technical architect on projects involving systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventive maintenance, and security procedures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for n-tier deployment.
• Skilled in PL/SQL for creating Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts, and cursors.
• Experience in producing formal Technical Architecture documentation derived from system requirements, and analyzing business requirements to implement logic within application code accordingly.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration, including the development of secure .Net web services utilizing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing, and Enterprise Service Bus.
• Experience in developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• Background in using Team Foundation Server and/or GitLab for development, including CI/CD practices for source code management.
• Knowledgeable in user provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes utilizing OKTA, LDAP, and RSA.
• Experience in coding and maintaining applications that handle healthcare data, adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and involving HL7 and/or FHIR transformations.
