Job Title .NET Core Web Application Developer (C#, ASP.NET Web API, MVC, Oracle PL/SQL, HIPAA Healthcare) Location Albany, NY (Hybrid) Job Overview Job ID: J52646 Duration: 12 Months + Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, OPT‑EAD, CPT, H‑1B, H4‑EAD, L2‑EAD, GC‑EAD Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C Job Description We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification: Qualifications Proven experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop, enhance, and maintain n‑tier web applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET, and Web API. Strong hands‑on expertise with the .NET Core framework, including application design, development, and deployment. Extensive experience with Oracle databases, including database design, PL/SQL development, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and table creation. Demonstrated experience developing and supporting web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into effective application logic and technical solutions. Experience developing applications using MVC 5 or later versions of the MVC framework. Proven experience designing and developing reports using Crystal Reports version 10 or higher, and integrating report execution within .NET applications. Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later for source control, version management, and collaborative development activities. Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting applications that manage healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including Protected Health Information (PHI).
