Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in‑person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. The .NET Developer II plays a critical role in managing, modernizing, and supporting custom enterprise applications to ensure seamless integration across diverse platforms such as ERP, Siebel CRM, and Boost. The role addresses end‑to‑end software delivery challenges, from intake and feasibility analysis to automated testing and deployment, while safeguarding data integrity across interconnected system architectures. It involves executing root‑cause analyses on live production instances and building scalable SOAP/REST services, directly driving operational efficiency and reducing system downtime. What Success Looks Like (Objectives) Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise software applications using the .NET framework and Object‑Oriented Design principles to optimize performance. Lead key architectural decisions and document system specifications to deliver highly scalable, data‑driven solutions. Drive software projects through the entire lifecycle, from gathering functional requirements to managing CI/CD pipelines and executing production migrations. Program and expose applications as robust SOAP/REST services to integrate front‑end platforms with internal and third‑party vendor systems. Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and automated testing strategies while taking ownership of production environments to ensure system stability. Leverage AI‑driven coding assistance and automated development tools to increase development speed, optimize code quality, and accelerate debugging processes. Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring) Strong expertise in object‑oriented programming, system design, integration architecture, and agile software development methodologies. Advanced proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, Visual Studio, and IIS Server, complemented by a working knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies. Deep understanding of SQL database development and scripting languages to support complex data‑driven solutions and task automation. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities to decompose complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and diagnose system bottlenecks. AI literacy and the capability to apply modern AI tools responsibly to streamline development workflows, automate documentation, and optimize code efficiency. Strong collaborative and communicative skills required to partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, QA teams, and external vendors. Additional Qualifications Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, and Athena. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Rancher. Experience utilizing modern APM tools like Dynatrace and Logzio for root cause analysis. Minimum Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in .NET development. Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of experience with: .NET Framework, C#, Visual Studio, and IIS Server SQL (T‑SQL or PL/SQL) SOAP/REST web services integration Visa sponsorship not available for this role.
