.NET Developer
Location: Lisle, IL (Local candidates only)
Duration: Long Term

Required Experience

• 8-9+ years of .NET development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies

• C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
• ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API
• Entity Framework, ADO.NET, WCF
• SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning)
• REST APIs
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery
• Angular and/or React
• Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS
• Visual Studio, VS Code, Postman

• Develop and maintain enterprise .NET applications.
• Upgrade and modernize existing legacy .NET applications.
• Build and integrate REST APIs.
• Develop front-end screens using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Work with business users to understand requirements.
• Participate in Agile development (Sprint planning, code reviews, testing).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
• Work with QA, business teams, and offshore/onshore developers.
• Support CI/CD and deployment using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

• Knowledge of SOLID principles and Design Patterns
• Experience creating technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Less than 8 years of .NET development experience.
• Not local to Lisle, IL or unable to work onsite if required.
• No experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Weak SQL Server experience.
• No experience with Angular or React.
• No experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub.
• Primarily a frontend, Java, or non-.NET developer.
