Job Description:
*** We need: A senior (10+ years) .Net Developer with recent experience working in Financial services/Banking or Capital Markets(Recent means current projects). The C#.NET Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial or wealth management applications, a solid understanding of business logic for investment and client reporting systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions. Candidates must have experience with MVC / Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server as well as React, Angular, or Blazor front-end frameworks and Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
***Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local.
***Candidates must be LOCAL to the Fort Mill, SC -,NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY area and COMMUTE into the office THREE TIMES A WEEK. NO RELOCATION CONSIDERED.

We are seeking a C#.NET Developer to join our technology team and play a key role in building and maintaining robust financial applications that support our advisors and clients.
Position Summary
The C#.NET Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial or wealth management applications, a solid understanding of business logic for investment and client reporting systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/Framework, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and software solutions.
- Integrate applications with data sources such as SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party financial data providers.
- Implement secure coding practices and support compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC).
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications used by advisors, portfolio managers, and clients.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET (Core or Framework).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with MVC / Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries and working with relational databases.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, investment management, or wealth management.
- Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of data visualization, reporting tools, or BI platforms.
- Exposure to React, Angular, or Blazor front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks in financial applications.
