initially 100% onsite and then goes hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 remote

We have a permanent position for a software developer. Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US citizen or green card holder to apply and be able to obtain a public trust clearance. This role is 100% onsite initially in Merrifield, VA until you become familiar with the project and the people then it is hybrid with 3 days onsite; 2 remote work. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Perform software development, and testing, and provide support in all phases of the software lifecycle.
• C/C++, Core, or C#, Web technologies
• Windows (UNIX a plus)
• Ability to perform analysis and design.
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering techniques and concepts.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently or coordinate as part of a development team with other software engineers.

• Knowledge of computer data structures and algorithms
• Database experience, preferably Oracle
• Software quality assurance experience
• Ability to provide support to issues in production

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
