1. At least 10 years of development experience with Visual Studio 2015 -2022.

2. At least 10 years of development experience with C#, VB.NET, CSS, HTML 5, Bootstrap, JQuery and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), which includes Cube and Dimension modeling.

3. At least 1 year development experience with Esri ArcGIS javascript API for mapping

4. At least five years of combined development experience within Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) and Azure DevOps (ADO).

5. At least ten years of development experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, where 3 of those total years are utilizing 4.6+
