Job Title: .Net Full-Stack Developer

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Experience in developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and Web API for n-tier web deployment.
• Skilled in creating and managing web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Proficient in Oracle database design and development, including PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, and table creation.
• Extensive experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including developing secure .NET web services with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, and dynamic link libraries via package management, as well as working with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Hands-on experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab for source code management and CI/CD implementation.
• Collaborated with UI/UX teams, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to define application requirements and establish project timelines.
• Experience in coding and maintaining healthcare applications handling data governed by HIPAA, including Protected Health Information (PHI), HL7, and FHIR standards.
• Expertise in user provisioning, authentication, and authorization using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager systems.
