Role: .Net Lead - Prod support / Operations project experience
Work Location - Dallas, TX - Onsite (5 days a week)
Client: LTIMindtree
Candidate Pay rate - $70/hr.
Job Description.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Should have working experience in .Net, Microsoft technologies. Support / IT operations project experience is a must.
- Working experience using Dynatrace, SolarWinds or any other logging tools like Kibana, CloudWatch would be added advantage.
- Troubleshooting complex environmental performance related issues (like db issues, application/web service issues, etc )
- Operations mindset is key.
- Strong understanding of IT Services Management is a must.
- Should have hands-on experience in ITIL processes --> Incident management, Problem management, change management, driving the CAB calls & MIM calls, Maturity to Drive continuous service improvements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer & team management skills
- Drive best practices of Knowledge management, KEDB
Nice to have Technical Skills
: Azure cloud experience, any legacy applications support & maintenance projects.
