.NET UI Developer (Azure)

Job Summary: The Senior .Net Developer position will provide expertise in a wide range of technical areas, including but not limited to: Web API, Dot Net Core 3.1, MVC, JSON Framework, JQuery, Java Script, and C#. Software design and development, and application of new technologies and languages which are aligned with other FordDirect internal projects. Experience: • Must have at least 10+ years of IT development experience. • Must have 7+ years relevant professional experience working with .Net Core, MVC, C#, JQuery, JavaScript, SQL, or equivalent scripting language • Must have experience integrating web services • Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall • Strong communication skills. • Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary 1. Design and development of interaction with Web API's. 2. Develop and integrate software applications using AGILE methodology applying standard architectural patterns, taking into account critical performance characteristics and security measures. 3. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Senior Developers to establish the physical application framework (e.g. libraries, modules, execution environments). 4. Create Technical design documents and process documents 5. Knowledge on Deployment processes Required: 1. .Net Core 3.1, MVC, Web API 2. Java Script, JQuery, JSON 3. Azure PaaS Services 4. SQL Server 5. Agile software development, JIRA, Wiki, Crucible Good to Have: 1. Deployment process using Octopus tool 2. Bootstrap 3. Cloudera ODBC drivers using Impala
