Netsuite Administrator Apply
What you will be doing:
- Administer the NetSuite platform and act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support
- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues
- Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption
- Manage the implementation process for ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integrations
- Plan, review, and customize NetSuite as needed to meet the needs of staff
- Develop and maintain custom application extensions using system API and third-party tools
- Develop, document, and follow formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
- Transpose reports to necessary outlets (Google, Salesforce, etc.)
- Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets
- Source business requirements and processes and translate them into deliverable tasks across various business units
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards
- Demonstrated proficiency in administering NetSuite ERP and/or CRM modules
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite configurations, customizations, and workflows
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NetSuite
- Experience in managing NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and integrations across complex organizational structures
- Proficient in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics
- Familiarity with SuiteCloud platform development, custom records, fields, forms, and reports
- Experience with NetSuite integration to other systems via web services (SOAP/REST), ODBC, middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo), and other APIs
- Understanding of business processes across various departments (Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) and ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions
