This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities Report onsite daily and receive work tickets through ServiceNow. Manage and resolve 5+ tickets per day (20–30 per month), including: Troubleshooting phone and network connection issues. Handling network switches, patching, and cross-connects. Perform hands‑on operational tasks to maintain and improve network reliability. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely ticket resolution. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience handling network switches, patching, and cross‑connects. Experience in network operations and troubleshooting. Candidates who value structure and clear communication are a strong fit. Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA are a plus. ServiceNow experience plus.
