We are seeking an Enterprise Network Administrator to play a key role in managing and optimizing our enterprise systems, networks, and communication infrastructure across multiple regional partners. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the performance, security, and scalability of our regional network operations.

As a Network Administrator, you will work closely with the Regional Network Operations Center (NOC), technology directors, and district network teams to ensure smooth and secure network connectivity across all sites. You'll also partner with our Enterprise Network Engineer to maintain best-in-class configurations, implement upgrades, and uphold the highest standards of security and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across WAN, LAN, and wireless environments.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Network Engineer to apply and maintain security best practices across all hardware and software systems.
  • Support the design and deployment of scalable, secure network infrastructure.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of WAN/LAN topologies, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset toward learning and adapting to evolving technologies and security standards.
