Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies
- Expertise in Windows Server management
- Experience with Cisco technology administration
- Knowledge of virtualization, particularly VMware
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Email system experience, including Exchange Online and Office 365
- Competence in Cisco routing and switching
- Ability to support Cisco firewalls, including ASA and FirePower
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft or Cisco certifications
- Cloud platform experience, such as AWS or Azure
- Exposure to Cisco wireless technologies
- Experience in load balancing
