The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Network Analyst, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, onsite, night shift (12x36), in the city of Londrina-PR.Key responsibilities/Expectations from the Role:The Network Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security across LAN/WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot incidents, deliver enhancements, and support projects aligned with business requirements. • Monitor network health, capacity, and performance; respond to alerts and incidents. • Perform configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of switches, routers, and WLAN controllers. • Conduct root cause analysis; create and maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams. • Implement network changes following change control; validate with testing and backout plans. • Partner with security to maintain segmentation, access controls, and posture management. • Support projects: site builds, migrations, SD-WAN rollouts, and connectivity to cloud resources. • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. • Implement and maintain network security controls and policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network requirements. • Document network topology, configurations, and changes. • Participate in network upgrades, expansions, and disaster recovery planning. Must Have Competencies:• Fluent or advanced english for conversation.• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, NAT. • Hands-on experience with enterprise switching and routing platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark). • Experience with wireless technologies (802.11 standards), network access control (802.1X), and VPN. • Proficiency with change management, incident management, and documentation practices (ITIL). • Ability to analyze packet captures, performance metrics, and logs to identify root causes/experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. • On-call support capability and strong communication skills for collaborating with operations and vendors. • Ability to configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and wireless devices. • Knowledge of network security principles. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field. • Equivalent experience and relevant industry certifications may substitute for formal education. (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA/JNCIP, ITIL Foundation) Good to Have:• Knowledge or Understanding of SD-WAN solutions, QoS, and traffic engineering. • Scripting/automation (Python, Ansible) for configuration management and reporting. • Experience with cloud networking (Azure/AWS/GCP), load balancers, and NAC (Cisco ISE). • Understanding of VoIP and unified communications systems. • Exposure to Zero Trust architectures and network segmentation. • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, JNCIS-ENT, or equivalent. <<<< Please attach resume in English>>>>>>What do we offer?
