Information Technology Network ArchitectBryan, Texas - On site Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead the design, strategy, and evolution of a large-scale enterprise network supporting advanced research facilities and partner organisations in Bryan, Texas.This role acts as the technical authority for the network environment, responsible for ensuring infrastructure is secure, scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting complex technical operations and future expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise networking including LAN, WAN, wireless, data center connectivity, and security overlaysEstablish and maintain network engineering standards, design methodologies, and technical best practicesAct as the senior escalation point for complex network troubleshooting and root-cause analysisEnsure the performance, reliability, and security of all network infrastructureProvide technical leadership and mentorship to the network engineering teamSupport major infrastructure expansion, new facility integrations, and network deploymentsCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-availability network servicesMaintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and operational standardsKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field~8+ years of experience in network engineering or network architectureStrong expertise in enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless, and network securityExperience designing and operating large-scale, high-performance network environmentsAdvanced networking certifications such as CCNP or CCIE preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to lead the design and delivery of critical network infrastructure supporting advanced technology, research, and high-performance technical environments.If you enjoy building robust network architectures and solving complex infrastructure challenges, we would love to hear from you.
