Network Change Management Analyst Apply
We are seeking a Network Change Management Analyst to coordinate and manage network maintenance activities across our fiber infrastructure. This role ensures planned changes are properly reviewed, approved, communicated, and executed with minimal customer disruption.The ideal candidate has telecommunications experience and a strong understanding of network operations, change control, and customer impact analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal and vendor maintenance eventsReview and assess Methods of Procedure (MOPs)Conduct circuit impact analysis and validate affected customersIdentify and resolve scheduling or network conflictsProvide proactive customer notificationsMonitor NMS alarms during maintenance eventsSupport field technicians remotely during change activityTroubleshoot and clear alarms related to maintenanceServe as the primary point of contact for Change Management inquiriesRequired Qualifications3–5 years telecommunications experienceNOC, network operations, or service provider backgroundWorking knowledge of SONET, IP routing, Layer 2 switching, WDM, and dark fiberExperience with NMS alarm monitoringFamiliarity with circuit inventory systems (e.g., OSP Insight, Netcracker)Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilitySolid MS Office skillsPreferredService provider experience (2–4 years)CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or Network+Experience with Cisco, Juniper (MX/EX), Nortel, Infinera, MRVKnowledge of BGP, IPv6, or JUNOS
