Job Details:

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Network Engineering experience
• Security Network Services (SNS) network tooling, across voice, configurations, fault management, performance management, WFi tools. Responsible for all SMS tooling across the bank. Person would probably be assigned to Voice, but team can be reassigned across products.
• Some of the critical voice tools are Ribbon Analytics and Ciena MCP, but general experience with Network Management Systems (NMS) tooling works, don’t need someone tied to one tool. Handle engineering and operations side.
• Any product they’re aligned to, they’d be supporting lab work for upgrading, migrating, vendor management, incident management. Will handle certifications, compliance issues, production issues. Anoher NMS tool someone may have is Dynatrace
