Responsibilities:
Manage all network devises
Monitoring troubleshoot as per SOP for all transmission slowdowns and congestion, malfunctions, and abnormalities; and escalate if needed for any changes in tuning adjustments.
Configure, validate, and manage Aruba NAC or equivalent tools to remotely detect and troubleshoot WLAN interference in customer supported locations.
Support WLAN controllers.
Support New VLAN, VLAN trunking and resolve any issues.
Manage issues with stores that pertain to network devices.
Support internet circuit issues by collaborating with vendors.
Engage Aruba support for SDWAN environmental issues.
Configuration and Administration of Access point
Troubleshooting of AP issue
Citrix ADC logging, Monitoring with SNMP and Troubleshooting
Vendor Coordination for fault troubleshooting and RMA co-ordination
Configuration management backup & restoration & implementing approved changes
Network troubleshooting Port Errors, Duplex, Vlan, Link status etc.
DHCP Reservation, DNS record creation
New Scope addition like IP Subnet
Modifying traffic behaviour with persistence including SSL, SIP, universal, and destination address affinity persistence
Monitoring application health with Layer 3, Layer 4, and Layer 7 monitors (including transparent, scripted, and external monitors
Processing traffic with virtual servers including network, forwarding, and reject virtual servers)
Configuring the Load balancers and Create/Modify virtual servers, pool and node configuration
Modifying traffic behaviour with profiles including advanced HTTP profile options, caching, compression, and One Connect profiles
Fault monitoring of LAN, WLAN and WAN Devices (Device Services Up-Down Status monitoring)
Hardware/Device replacement co-ordination efforts
Maintain network maps and relevant documents updated on company network portal
Configure and verify switch administration, Layer 2 protocols, Vlans, Trunking, EtherChannel
Network troubleshooting Port Errors, Duplex, Vlan, Link status etc.
Configuration management Backup & Restoration) & implementing approved changes
Configuration and Administration of Access points from Controller
Troubleshooting of the device alerts UP-Down alerts, Utilization alerts, Power issues, Performance alerts, WIFI Client disconnection issues, Radius authentication issues
Managing Light weight Access points for Controller
Working on alarms and co-ordinate with vendor
