Job Description:
Top Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto(Mandatory), Citrix Netscaler for switching, routing, firewalls, wireless access points, wireless controller, and application delivery
- Experience with RSA SecurID desired WAN and VoIP
Job summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer with 12 to 14 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Switching and Routing Cisco, Load Balancer BIG IP / F5, and Cisco VPN.
- This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively during day shifts and does not require travel.
- The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our company's mission by leveraging their expertise

Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Troubleshooting problems with existing networks to determine the cause of malfunctions or breakdowns and recommending solutions
- Designing and creating new computer networks according to company specifications
- Analyzing network performance to identify areas for improvement
- Installing new network hardware and software, including APs, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other equipment
- Performing risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to improve security
- Installing new or replace existing network equipment and updating software packages
- Day to Day operational support to 200 plus sites for Intranet, internet, Wi-Fi etc.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as IT, to ensure that new system implementations meet the needs of other departments within the organization
- Monitor network to ensure security, availability, and performance
- Assist other IT teams with network project level work
- Maintain and support enterprise SSIDs and wireless controllers.
- Maintain and support VPN Citrix VPN Gateway for 1000 PHNY/RIV employees
- Manage high/moderate complexity projects
- Troubleshoot network and application performance
- Participate in network on-call rotation
- Document issues, resolutions, and changes in appropriate systems
- Assist with other necessary network tasks
